Good service. Transfer time of 1,5 hours and perfect ontime flights. Good onboard service and a nice + friendly crew. Small hick up though with the return flight from Newark to Fort Lauderdale where they could not put me on an aisle seat while I had specifically asked for it earlier

Continental is the worst airline I have ever flown with. Every employee that I dealt with was rude and couldn't care less about their passengers. My flight got delayed for 2 hours because they lost my pilot, and when I missed my connecting flight in Houston they refused to put me up in a hotel. The following day I was sneered at by the gate crew when I tried to pre-board because I am in my 20's and somehow looked too fit to pre-board even though I have arthritis and can't lift my
