Satisfied customer. Ground service in Amsterdam is done by KLM. Meals and wines served in business were good. There are still some NortWest branded items inboard Delta's new Airbus A330s.

Unbelievable		Orlando-Atlanta-Las Vegas (MCO-ATL-LAS)

I have flown on Delta Airlines hundreds of times, but my latest trip was from MCO - ATL - LAS. The check in at Orlando was very quick and easy. The gate agents were very professional and nice, and helpful. The gate agents were also very nice, and made the boarding process go very quickly and painless. The flights both to ATL and LAS were very good, being in first class the first flight (b757-200) was very roomy, with a nice recline and a good amount of leg room. the pillow and blanket y

Seat 2B on a 737 direct flight to San Diego, same seat on the way back. Pricy last minute ticket but worth it. Check in fast and easy and kind agents. Would have appreciated comfier seats for such a long flight. For the rest good onboard service and both flights perfectly on time.

Flew nonstop to SLC on flight DL1103 on a boeing 757. Not the newest plane, but decent service on ground as well as in the air. Long 5,5 hour flight but arrived before shceduled arrival time at the gate (20mins early).

We would never fly Delta again! We were supposed to fly from Gatwick to Atlanta then Atlanta to Puerto Rico and had left over 3 1/2 hours between connecting flights. However, once everyone had boarded (incidentally EVERY flight was 'overbooked' and they were constantly asking people to change flights) we sat on the tarmac at the airport with no information given for approximately 1 hour. We were then told one pilot was ill ad they could not fly with only 2 pilots for more then 6 hou

Nice flights. Not too many issues with my connecting flight in Atlanta. Only problem I had was on retuning to Detroit my luggage was lost. However, it arrived on the following flight from Atlanta so did not cause to much trouble.
