This airline should not be permitted to exist without a disclaimer such as the following: We are legally entitled to take your money and provide you with a ticket. We are in no way liable if we do not perform the services we claim. So, my fellow travelers, please beware.You are likely NOT to arrive at your destination, or connection when you need to be. This is an on going problem with Insel, one that no one within the ranks really cares. They do not care about you , either.
