Exceptional service... except for our bags which were lost and took 3 weeks to find us back home! While I understand JetBlue is not fully to blame I think they could have been more pro-active in many ways

Extremely bad way of dealing with "adverse weather"... we were "accommodated" to have our flights rebooked without a fee today (19/12/09) because of terrible weather - like anyone of us had a choice - but then they did not even bother to offer any hotel/accommodation. they should pay more insurance for this to be covered and not focus on the margins.. grrrrhhh...

Biga apple to vegas with jetBlue. While the ontime perfomance is nothing to be proud of, jetBlue can be proud of their onboard service which I really appreciated. When do european carriers start introducing inflight Tv!? Both flights to and from vegas were full which I nearly didn't notice as i was rellay enjoying the inflight entertainment!
