october 2011 flight rome to cardiff vis amsterdam, delayed us in the airport due to lack of stands for the plane so we missed connecting flight, all the staff couldn't care less including ground staff: had to stay in airport hotel over night, lost our bags , were never put on in rome so did not arrive back to cardiff for 4 days. Price acceptable/low but servcie was so-so, therefore quality ratio does not get best score. Baggage handling was really bad. It arrived on a later flight and they made me come back for the bag. for this long distance very bad space for the legs ( I am 182)

All four flights were on time which is quite rare these days. The food was bad even for airline standards, but I guess that you get what you pay for. Did not check in any luggage. Overall the price/quality ratio was very good. Posted by Ron on 14-04-2009

Little to say. The flight from and to Johannesburg were on time, service onboard was great, food OK for an airline imo. I recommend KLM to anyone hesitating which airline to fly. Posted by Stuart on 08-04-2009
