Whatever you do, do not let the airline choose your seats. On the flight over we (2) were seated in the middle of a 6 person row... very cramped and uncomfortable. On ride back was perfectly fine, seated on the side near the windows cabin crew were in much happier mood. Decent food and staff was very nice. Also on ride back they put our luggage on flight after us, so we had to wait about an hr to get our luggage.

All ok except for very unfriendly crew onboard. Never expected this from United as I have always had a good experience with them in the past. Hope this doesn't happen too often or they won't have any customers left

Traveled from US to Moscow ORD - IAD DME and back. United Airlines. Return flight food made my wife sick and my meal had spoiled meat so I sent it back. Then the baggage was delayed 1 1/2 hours at IAD.

Service on par with other airlines however until now in my experience punctuality is United's weakest link.

Business class flight to Chicago. Service was OK. B767 had mechanical problems causing a huge delay. Staff handled the problem well by serving drinks but problem could have been avoided if we flew the 777...
