This was the worst airline experience ive ever had. From start to finish it was bad. Check-in was slow and the ticket agents were rude and not helpful. One good thing was that the gate agents were very nice, but boarding was slow. The aircraft was was not well maintained at all, with trash, crumbs and stains on the seats and floor. The seats were not comfortable, tho the recline was okay. The leg room was bad and there was not much room to put a bag under the seat in front of you. The flig

Not the cheapest ticket but the service you get is great. I had expected much worse from all the reviews I read online on forums and communities! My conclusion is it was worth to give them a try.

Lately not impressed by most inflight experiences after having flown Virgin America. Great staff though. Service minded, and a smile once in a while already makes a difference...

Decent service from US Airways. Flew flight 2161 (to Washington) and then 1159 which took the total travel time to just under 5 hours.
