Customer Service with this airline is a cold and cutthroat operation. They have no feeling for their customers, and are more likely to overcharge you than to ever offer you a hardship or sickness refund. This is a general consensus of multiple online reviews of people dealing with this department. Generally, I would not send any of my money in the direction of an airline that cares so little for its customers.

An excellent experience in all regards. Having previously experienced Virgin Atlantic, chose Virgin America for a couple of domestic flights in the US. When will Branson challenge Ryanair with this level of service at excellent prices in Europe?

Amazing cabin, amazing inflight entertainment. Well organised, comfortable and almost perfectly ontime. What else do you want!? It's a pitty Virgin America doesn't fly to Asia as I fly a lot to Japan and China! I highly recommend this high quality airline.
